Rubber Ducky Festival Day

One of the items on the agenda for the upcoming Santa Clarita City Council meeting is the proclamation of Rubber Ducky Festival Day. The city council plans on proclaiming October 12, 2019, as Rubber Ducky Festival Day in anticipation of the Rubber Ducky Festival fundraiser.

The annual event includes duck races with thousands of rubber ducks. The ducks race down from Bolden Pond into the churning rapids of our man-made waterway and dash through the finisher’s chute.

According to the rules, “if your duck is the first through the chute at the race finish line, you will be the grand prize winner!”
